Refunds
If you wish to to cancel an order before the goods have been dispatched a full refund will be given. To do this, you must notify us by e-mail to stoneandchrome [at] googlemail.com (with exception of special order goods see below)
Where goods have already been despatched the refund will only apply to the cost of goods and not to any delivery charge applied to the order. Goods must be returned within seven days following their original delivery for a refund to apply.
Please note that when returning rejected goods, the packaging must be in perfect condition and the product must not have been used, fitted or attempted to have been fitted. You must inform us by e-mail of your wish to cancel
You must contact us for advise on safely returning the goods. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods safely and in original condition. We will refund your money within 30 days of receipt of the goods less any delivery charge incurred (if any). Returns outside this period will not be accepted.
These refund terms do not apply to any goods that are classified as special order items, These are goods that are:-
1. Made to your specification
2. Customised goods
3. Items that are listed as 'special order' and have to be ordered in as a special from the manufacturer.
If goods are faulty or damaged a full refund will apply including original delivery charges. In some instances, replacement parts will be ordered and sent to you as soon as possible. We reserve the right not to collect damaged goods.
