A Stone & Chrome handmade kitchen is designed and built to last a lifetime.
Our kitchens are made from solid timber, sourced from well managed responsible forests. Preserving the forests for future generations is hugely important so all timber used is considered sustainable.
Unlike many other kitchen companies who claim to only use solid timber – our carcasses are also constructed from timber – birch plywood which is an incredibly tough temperate timber. The carcass material is incredibly important (but often overlooked) as it is the foundation for the solidity and longevity of your kitchen.
When you visit our showroom you can see samples of the varieties of timber we use and exactly where they are used in constructing your dream kitchen.
All our bespoke handmade kitchens are constructed using traditional joinery methods with modern machinery, the beautiful dovetail joints and precision construction can be viewed at our Camberley showroom.
Your kitchen colour can be chosen and colour matched from a variety of colour palettes from different manufacturers such as Farrow and Ball, Mylands, Paint and Paper library or Little Greene. We prime then spray coat your kitchen before giving a final hand finished coat all at our workshop – this avoids the inconvenience of having your kitchen painted after installation.
As a Stone & Chrome bespoke handmade kitchen arrives fully assembled, doors fitted and painted the installation usually only takes a few days – stone work surfaces usually follow after approx. 7 days after templating, so the installation process is fast and efficient.
Each project is closely managed from start to finish by our project manager and our installers are professional and exceptionally conscientious.
