You don’t need to book an appointment to visit us. However, if you’d like dedicated time with a member of our team for a more detailed discussion, we recommend getting in touch to arrange a convenient time.
Yes. We provide a full design service, from initial ideas and layout planning through to detailed technical drawings and product selection.
This depends on the level of service required and the complexity of your project. In many cases, design consultations are free when you are purchasing your bathroom through us. We can confirm this when you get in touch.
We can help coordinate your project from design through to installation, even though we do not carry out installation in-house.
Once your design and product choices are finalised, we can introduce you to an independent installer. These are professionals we work with regularly and are selected based on the type of project and your location.
Yes. We regularly supply products for independent installers and are happy to support your chosen tradespeople.
Bathrooms can vary widely depending on size, specification and finish. We can design around a wide range of budgets and will always be transparent about costs from the start. An average bathroom in the UK costs between £15-20k for a full supply and fit.
Yes, we can arrange home visits for measurements, surveys or design consultations where needed. This is a chargeable service.
To help us make the most of your visit and start shaping your ideas effectively, it’s useful to bring a few key things with you:
- Measurements of your bathroom space, even rough dimensions are helpful
- Photos or videos of your current bathroom so we can understand the space and any challenges
- Inspiration images from places like Instagram, Pinterest or magazines to show styles, colours and finishes you like
