Once again it’s Valentine’s Day and, despite a token nod towards cynicism, many of us are in fact celebrating in some way with loved ones, family and friends. Shops are full of colourful cards, hearts and flowers and it does rather feel as if love is in the air. So in honour of the occasion we thought we’d take a look at some romantic bathroom ideas.

We love the way that the beautiful design of the bedroom flows elegantly into the complementing Stone and Chrome ensuite bathroom, which features a wonderful Ophelia Cast Iron Bath. This beautifully appointed bedroom and bathroom really does look like something from an intimate and exclusive country house hotel! How wonderful it would be to be able to celebrate this Valentine’s Day in such a luscious environment …. and even more wonderful to have a special bathroom that could be enjoyed any day of the year!

We also love this beautiful and timeless master en suite featuring a Svedbergs Oval cast iron marble bath. We had been asked to design a romantic and calming bathroom and are justifiably proud of the result. Just add candlelight for the perfect finishing touch! Again, an ideal ambience for Valentine’s Day or indeed any other romantic occasion.
